Oh come on! Every one at some point in time has experienced this! Ok, I know this is the Internet… I shouldn’t post all our “mawkish” pictures (well, probably to you it is, but for me, it’s not)! Youngest

If you have read my “About”, you’d be wondering what I meant by, “The youngest in my family isn’t me… it’s my Dad.” Of course, it shouldn’t be taken literally!

I’ve never really thought about this, but I realized that my Dad is quite exceptional. He is an officer and a gentleman. As a former military general, I’d say I’m proud that my Dad has climbed up the ranks by his own efforts (unlike some other generals who have reached the top but have tarnished reputations). I’ve seen a soldier get weak at the knees by my Dad’s mere call.

Most of my friends believe that I’m such a joker. Well, my Dad’s the original. He could be really funny. He could also be really corny to the point that you’ll think it’s funny. The thing is, my Mom seldom laughs at his jokes, but when she does, it’s just contagious.

 

 

I don’t know what got into me that I thought of writing something about my Dad. Maybe because I’m going to be a dad soon? I don’t know. Maybe I just miss him…

Wazzup!?

Wow! I couldn’t believe it! March 25 was my last post indeed! Since then, a lot of things have happened (and have been happening) in my life! I’ll try my best to post more pictures as I had done on my earlier posts.

I decided not to do a day-by-day, blow-by-blow (uy! ano yun?) account of the things that happened since I last blogged. It’s just too detailed I guess. Besides, it may not even be possible. Had I done that, I would’ve, most likely but unintentionally, omit something.

Yeah. A lot of my friends and colleagues know that I am renovating (and hopefully) improving my house. After more than 20 years of being apart from the house where I used to play, run around, and sleep, I’m going back to it to have my baby Carlos experience the same like his father did. I hope I am doing a good job… well, technically, it’s my parents who are doing I good job, I tend to be more of the financier because I can’t be there all the time.
